Shield Message Location Glossary

Description

Shield provides details in Spotlight, the message Heads-Up Display (HUD), and the message Timeline showing where a message has landed — in transit, in a folder within a user's mailbox, or in Jail within the Shield portal.

Shield Location Glossary

Hovering over a Location in Spotlight shows the action taken on a message and its current location in the user's mailbox.  Below is a glossary of all icons used to show message actions and locations.
