Description
The Bundler is a Shield Pro feature that helps manage your inbox by allowing you to schedule less urgent emails. It also summarizes key information so you can quickly review and address what's important without distraction. Bundled email goes to the Inbox > Bundled folder.
How to Use Bundler
Set Your Bundler Schedule
Visit Bundler in the Shield Portal and select the days of the week and times of day that works best for you. Don't want a Morning bundler reminder? Choose a time of None.
Drag and Drop the Message from Inbox to Bundled
To change delivery of a message to be bundled with other messages and delivered at a scheduled time, drag the message from your mail client's Inbox to the Bundled folder. This tells Shield the message can wait until your set Bundled times to deliver the message.
Set Preferred Action for Reviewed Bundler Messages
By default, messages you mark as Done are marked as Read and kept in your Inbox > Bundler folder. However, if you want them to go somewhere else, there are other options available. See the Preferences area of your profile page to view your options.
Read Bundled Messages
A Shield bundler message will arrive to the Inbox on the schedule set in the Shield Portal. Click Open Bundle to review all bundled messages waiting for your action.
View all bundled email in preview mode from the Bundler page in the Shield Portal. If you realize you're not ready to review your bundled mail, click on Remind Me Later. From here you can move each message into the Inbox, mark the message as Done, or open the full email within the Shield Portal. If you're done reading all of your bundled mail, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Mark All As Done.
