Shield
Shield is the zero-trust email security solution designed around each user's specific communication habits. Shield builds a network of trusted contacts by automatically tracking who each user communicates with and how they manage messages. Shield's adaptive AI transforms this behavioral data into personalized security, ensuring each user only receives the emails they want. Shield is compatible with Microsoft 365 tenant domains only.
Shield Pro Features
Shield Pro is an optional productivity and privacy feature set of Shield. It includes all of Shield's features, as well as the following features:
Bundler
Bundler organizes non-urgent messages into a separate folder, keeping your inbox focused. You’ll get reminders to review them when it suits you. Use Shield’s reader view for AI-generated summaries, or stay in your email client—your choice.
Burner Addresses
Create temporary addresses on the fly, customize how messages sent to that address are delivered, and burn them when you want to stop receiving emails.
Lockbox
Lockbox provides an extra layer of protection for sensitive emails. Messages can only be unlocked using multi-factor authentication, so your messages are secure even if your email account is compromised.
VIP Pass
Anyone who emails you at this address will be trusted for immediate delivery. Messages are still run through the threat security layer first, so you'll always know they are safe to interact with.
Enable Shield Pro features for one or more users via Add or Remove Products.
