Recent Activity shows changes that Shield Admins and users within an organization have made.
Recent Activity
A log of activity is displayed beneath all Shield Ctrl clickable options. The activity shows the name of the person who made the change and what change was made. The name and the feature page for the change are both accessible from the activity list.
The Shield and partner organization pages show both partner and customer activity, while the customer organization shows changes for that specific customer's admin and user changes.
The following activities performed by Shield Admins as well as users are recorded here:
- Risk Level changes to the user or organization
- Trusted Region changes
- Veto requests and allow or deny clearances, with the reason provided
- Jailed message delivery to Inbox
- Access Level changes
- Request Notification changes
