Description
Control Mode allows a user with elevated privileges to toggle between Shield Control and Shield Portal.
Toggling Control Mode On or Off
A user with elevated privileges will see a Control Mode switch in the upper-right corner of their Shield page. When activated, the user will be brought to Shield Control where they can perform Shield Admin functions based on their granted access. When deactivated, the user will be brought to the Shield Portal and will only be able to perform end-user functions.
