To log in to Shield Ctrl, go to shield.security.
The Portal login page serves as the entry point for both Shield users and Shield Admins. All logins authenticate through Microsoft credentials, meaning only users with active passwords can access the Shield Portal. After signing in, users are directed to their Shield portal page.
Regular users will see their individual account options. Shield Admins will be taken to the Shield Ctrl page if Control Mode is enabled. If Control Mode is disabled, the standard user portal page will be displayed instead, with the option to enable Control Mode as needed.
