Description
Bracket is automatically configured through Shield during the Shield onboarding process. By default, users are not granted access to Bracket. A Shield Admin must provide Bracket access to each user in the Organization.
For stand-alone Bracket or CloudFilter with Bracket, please see Configuring Bracket in the Mailprotector Console.
How Bracket Works with Shield
During the Shield Onboarding process, a connector and transport rule for Bracket are added to the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. Bracket remains unavailable for all users until it is added as a product to the user.
Configuring Bracket for an Organization
From the Organization page, Shield Admin users can click on Configure Bracket to update all settings for the organization.
Preferences

Press Save to commit any changes.
Bracket User Defaults
Enable or disable the ability for users to export messages to their inbox, protect the message subject, open notifications, or change defaults. Press Save to commit any changes.
Company Profile
Customize the company profile information as well as notifications that are sent to recipients with the organization's information. Enable or disable showing the profile in notifications and if users can manage their own profile via their Bracket portal settings.
Adding Bracket to Users
Shield Admins can go to the Shield Control page for the organization and click on Add or Remove Products. Users can be selected individually or all at once. A Bracket encrypted message is sent to each user, providing an overview of how to use the product.
