Description
SecureStore is an archiving solution that is fully compatible with Shield. After it is added as a product for the customer, a journaling address is added once, then all inbound, outbound, and internal messages are captured automatically from that point forward. Every message is saved, indexed, and instantly searchable.
When to Add SecureStore to a Shield Organization
For existing customers who are onboarded to Shield through their Customer > Shield tab in the Mailprotetor Console, SecureStore can be added to or remain on the domain before and during its onboarding to Shield.
For new customers added directly to Shield, SecureStore can be enabled for the primary domain in the Mailprotector Console after the domain has been successfully added to Shield. During the onboarding process, Shield automatically creates the customer in the Mailprotector Console.
How to Add SecureStore to the Shield Organization
For existing customers who already have SecureStore configured and enabled, no action is required.
For new customers or for existing customers who choose to add SecureStore during or after onboarding to Shield, please follow all relevant steps in Configure SecureStore Journaling with Microsoft Office 365.
