Trust or Silence an Entire Domain in Shield

Description

Shield offers two ways to trust or silence entire domains: Trust Network and Workflows

The action to trust the sender or domain does not supersede risk decisions.

Smart Priority

A specific sender always takes precedence over a domain-level trust, so you can trust an entire domain while still silencing a specific sender from it.

Trust Network

Trust Network - Domain Level Contact.pngWhen viewing a contact, click Apply to domain to trust or silence every sender from that domain. The original per-sender contact is left unchanged.

Domain entries in your trust network receive their own contact page showing the domain's favicon and all recent messages from that domain, not just a single address.

Workflow

Two workflow actions are available:

Trust the Domain

Silence the Domain

X-ray Visibility

When a message is covered by a domain-level workflow or trust decision, the X-ray view shows a Trusted by domain or Silenced by domain indicator.
