Description
Shield Admins can select View Domains from an organization's front page to view all domains associated with its Microsoft 365 tenant and their Shield status as well as the customized outbound Courier domain for relaying mail to Microsoft.
If your Domains page does not offer Health statuses, please perform any updates available for the Shield organization.
View Shield Status for an Organization's Domains
The Domains page provides a list of domains from the Microsoft 365 tenant, their email enablement status, and a quick view of their Health. The unique Courier domain for outbound mail is also listed.
There can be as many active domains in the Shield organization as in the M365 tenant, but only one can be marked as the primary domain. If the primary domain changes, make the change in M365 and then click Sync with Microsoft on the Domains page to view the updated primary domain.
Domains may display a red heart Health status. Perform a Health Check by clicking on the heart. Click the down arrow next to each Unhealthy check to see information for correcting the issue. Perform the action, then click Check Health again to see that the check is now Healthy.
Health checks are offered for all domains in the M365 tenant, including those with no Shield users.
The Courier domain will show an Email status of Disabled. This is the correct value.
