Shield Admins can select View Domains from an organization's front page to view all domains associated with its Microsoft 365 tenant as well as its Shield status.
View Shield Status for an Organization's Domains
The Domains page provides a list of domains from the Microsoft 365 tenant.
There can be as many active domains in the Shield organization as in the M365 tenant, but only one can be marked as the primary domain. If the primary domain changes, make the change in M365 and then click Sync with Microsoft to view the updated primary domain.
Domains may be incompatible for activation depending on how they are configured in M365. Please review the Pre-flight Checklist to correct any issues with a domain's compatibility with Shield.
A domain skipped during initial onboarding or added to the M365 tenant after onboarding to Shield will offer a Setup button for onboarding the domain.
Please contact Support for assistance with Shield organizations that were onboarded before February 1, 2025 and do not offer the Setup option for onboarding a skipped or new domain.
