Description
CloudMail allows users to forward all mail to another address of their choice.
Enable Forwarding
- While signed in to CloudMail, click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on Filters, then click on Create.
- Name the filter, and ensure that the filter is enabled.
- Change the Scope to all messages, choose Redirect message to as the Action, then fill in the forwarding email address and click Save.
The message stating that Forward saved successfully is confirmation that the autoresponder is enabled.
Disable Forwarding
- While signed in to CloudMail, click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click on Filters, then click on the name of the filter.
- Disable the filter then click Save.
The message stating that Forward saved successfully is confirmation that the forward is disabled.
Errors Saving Forward Changes
If an error message Saving settings has failed is displayed, or the auto-response message does not send after receiving an incoming email, please follow the instructions provided in the article Autoresponder or Forwarding from CloudMail does not save.
