Description
CloudMail allows users to forward all mail to another address of their choice.
Enable Forwarding
- While signed in to CloudMail, click on Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Click on Email Accounts, then click on the Forward tab.
- Check the box for Enable forward, fill in the forwarding email address, then click Save.
The message stating that Forward has been updated successfully is confirmation that the autoresponder is enabled.
Disable Forwarding
- While signed in to CloudMail, click on Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Click on Email Accounts, then click on the Forward tab.
- The text in the Email field can be kept or removed. If removed, it must be done before the forward is disabled. Uncheck the box for Enable forward, then click Save.
The message stating that Forward has been updated successfully is confirmation that the forward is disabled.
Errors Saving Forward Changes
