Description
Changes to spam tolerance and scoring sensitivity are adjustable at any level within the Console. As a note, if a user has a spam tolerance or scoring sensitivity change in place at the user level, then changes made at any other level above the user level will not apply to that user, even if Apply to All is selected.
It is best practice to consider applying any rule changes to a user before a group, domain, customer, or reseller.
For information about allow list, block list, and message rule changes, please see How Allow List, Block List, and Message Rule Changes Affect Users.
