Shield Message Rules

Description

Once a domain is activated as a Shield organization, Shield adds message rules to each user's mail client so that message delivery is consistent with the user's delivery preferences to trust or silence a sender to a folder. These rules should be left intact and should not be deleted or modified by users or Shield Admins. 

Shield Message Rules

The following is a list of rules, listed in alphabetical order, that Shield automatically adds to a user's mail client during onboarding:

  • Shield Archive Email Rule for Message Routing
  • Shield Bundled Email Rule for Message Routing
  • Shield Deleted Items Rule for Message Routing
  • Shield Inbox Email Rule for Message Routing
  • Shield Junk Email Rule for Message Routing

Bundled email is available to Shield Pro: Bundler users.
