Description
After completing the deployment and activation of Shield, all users in the organization will receive a welcome email linking them to the Welcome Guide within the Shield Portal.
If a user misses or deletes the welcome email, an administrator can resend the welcome email from the user's Profile or the user can be given the Welcome Guide link.
Clicking on the Welcome Guide link will require you to go through the guide again. It is recommended that you right-click, copy, and paste the link. A PDF version of the guide is offered below.
