Sign-In Credentials
Both Shield Admins and Shield users will sign in to Shield with their Microsoft account credentials. There are no separate credentials available for Shield sign-in. Any Microsoft account without a password will not be able to sign in to Shield.
How to Resolve a Shield Redirect Error
If visiting Shield results in the error "shield.security redirected you too many times," please remove all browsing history and/or cookies for shield.security from the browser, close any Shield tabs, and return to Shield.
