Description
Shield workflows can be configured to take an action if they detect personally identifiable information (PII) in a message.
Shield PII Defined
Shield's Personally Identifiable Information detector checks for any of the following information:
- Social Security Number
- Credit Card Number
- Driver's License
- Phone Number
- Tax ID
- Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Bank Account Number
If a workflow should not trigger on one or more of the above PII, or there is other sensitive data that needs to be detected, it is recommended that individual sensitive data detectors be added to the workflow.
