Description
A Shield organization can utilize Dropsuite for journaling all mail. Below are instructions for adding Dropsuite and configuring Dropsuite mail routing after the organization has been added to Shield.
Ensure the organization is added to Shield
Deploy the domain from within Shield. This will also create the domain within the Mailprotector Console.
Add Dropsuite via the Mailprotector Console
Once Shield is deployed to the organization, Dropsuite can now be added.
- Sign in to the Mailprotector Console with Manager credentials.
- Click on the Domains tab then click on the primary domain that was created in Shield.
- Click on the Products tab, choose the Default user group, and select Dropsuite. Click on Update Products to save the change.
Add an Exception for the Dropsuite Journaling Address
- Click on the domain's Dropsuite tab in the Mailprotector Console.
- Copy the provided Journaling Address.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 tenant for the Shield organization.
- Click on Mail Flow and then on Rules.
- Locate the transport rule titled Shield - Send to Outpost and checkmark the rule, then click Edit.
If you do not see this rule, please reach out to Partner Success for assistance.
- Scroll down to the Except If section and add this exception:
The recipient > Is this person > [add the journaling address from the Console]
Journaling is now enabled via Dropsuite for the Shield organization.
