Reseller Billing Tab

Description

The Billing tab provides an overview of your account’s financial activities and settings. It allows you to view the current status of your account, manage payment methods, and adjust your preferences for billing communications. You can also access a detailed history of past transactions and review your partner agreement.

The Billing tab is located in the Mailprotector Console under the Reseller account. All billing information relevant to a partner is found here.

Current Status

This section provides the amount of the last billing statement as well as when the bill was paid or if it is outstanding. The estimated amount for the next statement is provided based on any added on product licenses during the time period from the last billing statement. The final amount is assessed at the time of the closing date which is listed for reference. Balance due shows any outstanding money on previous billing cycles, or shows that billing payments are completed. Tax exempt status shows whether the reseller is in compliance or not yet in compliance.

 

Payment Methods

Credit cards can be kept on file for automatically paying bills at the time they are due. Multiple cards can be on file if desired. Note that billing statements with open balances are not charged right away after a new card is added. Billing occurs at fixed intervals, and payment due will be charged to a card at the next daily interval. If a bill needs to be settled right away for any reason please refer to the Getting Help section below.

 

Billing Communications

Add an email address or multiple addresses for who in the organization should receive invoices and other billing-related communications. At least one Mailprotector Console manager must be selected in the Send to managers section. Any address can be added to the Also send to section.

 

History

This section shows the upcoming statement as well as all statements for each month a partner and their customers have used Mailprotector products. Clicking the date of a statement will lead to a statement page where it can be reviewed, as well as downloaded to a PDF file or printed.

Documents

This section provides a downloadable version of the partner agreement as well as information about who submitted the signed agreement and the date of the submission.
