Why Can't I Release An Outbound Message?

You have to have SafeSend enabled to release outbound messages, otherwise, you need to contact Mailprotector and we can release is.

Additionally, if you are a user, you may not have the proper permissions to release the email. You will need to reach out to your MSP to discuss having the email released.
