Why Am I Seeing "Unlicensed User" When My User Sends Bracket Emails?

There are a few reasons you might see this bounceback when users send Bracket emails.

  1. The user's account isn't in a group with Bracket enabled, and, as a result, can't use the Bracket service
  2. The user's account didn't provision correctly. In this case, you can move the user out of the Bracket group and back in. This should resolve the issue.
