Overview
Before your users can access their email via webmail, POP, or IMAP they need to have passwords configured. You can do this once the user's need to access XtraMail, or ahead of time so that the password is in place before an incident happens where they need XtraMail.

How To Set An Individual User's Password:

- Navigate to the domain that the user is under
- Navigate to the "Users" tab
- Select the user that you would like to set up a password for
- Select the ellipse icon on the far right-hand side to access the user's profile.
- Input the password you would like to set the password to or click the slider to generate an automatic password
- Select "Save"

- Navigate to the domain you're setting up
- Navigate to the "Users" tab
- Select the checkbox at the top of the list to select all the users on that page. If there are more then 50 users under the domain, select the "Select all" button that will appear.
- Select the "Key" icon to open up the password reset window.
- Input the desired password or automatically generate a password for your users. If the users want to set their own password, they can log in using the temporary one set here and then change their password to something more secure in their profile.
