After completing the deployment and activation of Shield, all organization users will receive a welcome email explaining the basics of using it.
If a user misses or deletes the welcome email, a Shield Admin can resend the welcome email from the user's profile in Shield Control.
During their first visit to the Shield Portal after Shield or Shield Pro is enabled, users will be guided through essential product features and how to use them.
