Description
Mailprotector's ticketing system provides the option to allow all users of an organization to view all tickets for the organization.
View All Tickets
Visit the Mailprotector Help Center and sign in with your Mailprotector Manager account credentials.
Visit the page to Submit a request. Click on your name in the upper-right corner, then select My requests.
You will be brought to the My requests page, which shows all your Mailprotector ticket requests. Click on the tab titled Organization requests.
You will be brought to a page that shows all tickets requested by any member of your Organization.
Permission to view the entire Organization's requests is not granular; all members will see all tickets for the Organization.
Request an Organization
Organizations are not created by default so you may find that you are unable to perform the steps to view all tickets in your organization. If you are unable to see Organization tickets, please contact the Partner Success team to request an Organization in the ticketing system for your members.
Only requests submitted after the Organization is created will show in the view. Historical requests will show only in the requester's view.
