Top-Level Block Rules That Apply to All Resellers and Customers

Most block rules are customizable by each reseller for their domains. However, certain senders set at a level above the Reseller account may not be removed by the reseller. Any block rules showing as Applies to: United States (Figure 1) are not editable by resellers or their customers.

These top-level block rules are implemented when we determine that our resellers and their customers receive an extremely high volume of unwanted mail from a domain. The senders included in the United States block rules change over time as senders either stop targeting Mailprotector as a whole or a new threat is determined.

If you are a reseller and need to discuss a specific sender listed as blocked at the United States level, please contact the Partner Success Team for assistance.
