Description

Users with a Bracket license can add their photo and customize their name and title information presented to recipients. The company contact information can be applied through the Mailprotector Console. However, the image and name of a licensed Bracket account must be configured from the portal. The data is part of the encrypted portal and can only be configured by the user.

Notification Message

A licensed user can customize the photo, name, and title from the Bracket portal. The green arrows illustrate the parts of a notification from Bracket sent to a recipient of a secure message that can be customized.

Instructions

• The user must log into their Bracket account using https://bracket.email.
• From the portal, click the Account Settings icon.
  
• Upload a photo and edit the name and title as needed.
