Autotask Integration Deployment Guide

Mailprotector can integrate with your Autotask PSA to report usage for billing and invoicing to customer contracts.

Deployment is simple and only takes a few minutes.

  1. Connect to your Autotask account - From your reseller account in the Mailprotector Console, navigate to the Integrations tab and enter your Autotask credentials.

  2. Map your Autotask services to the corresponding Mailprotector services.

  3. Connect your Customer to a Contract - From a Customer account in the Mailprotector Console, navigate to the Integrations tab to search for the customer and assign the appropriate contract from Autotask.
