Mailprotector can integrate with your Autotask PSA to report usage, for billing and invoicing, to customer contracts.
Deployment is simple and only takes a few minutes.
- Connect to your Autotask account - From your reseller account in the Mailprotector Console, navigate to the Integrations tab and enter your Autotask credentials.
- Map your Autotask services to the corresponding Mailprotector services.
- Connect your Customer to a Contract - From a Customer account in the Mailprotector Console, navigate to the Integrations tab to search for the customer, and assign the appropriate contract from Autotask.
