CloudFilter relies on our ability to connect to your mail server in order to deliver your mail. The Mailprotector Console provides a complete Domain Status Check, which you can use to confirm that we are able to connect to your server from all of our datacenters.
Domain Status Check
The Mailprotector Console will display a status alert at the top of the "Main" domain page in the Console. This status alert will inform you of any issues with your domain.

Clicking on the red or green status alert box will provide you with a detailed report, highlighting any issues with that domain. On a CloudFilter domain, the bottom-most section of the report will highlight any connectivity issues between our datacenters and your mail server.
