Reset Exchange+ Mailbox Password


Exchange+ Mailboxes are managed via the Exchange Panel. This article will guide you through the process of accessing the Exchange Panel to reset a password.

NOTE: There is no tie between Exchange and Console passwords; resetting one will not impact the other.

Accessing the Exchange Panel

To get to the Exchange Panel once you're in a domain, you will:

  1. Select the "Users" tab at the top of the pagemceclip3.png
  2. Click the "Manage Exchange" buttonmceclip4.png

The Manage Exchange button will log you into the Exchange Panel.

Reset the Mailbox Password

Begin by checking the checkbox next to the user whose password you would like to reset.

Then, from the Modify menu, select Reset Password.

You will be presented with the Reset Password window.  Enter the new password and click "Yes."
