Resetting an Exchange+ Mailbox Password must be done from the Exchange Panel.
To access the Exchange Panel, you will:
- Navigate to the Mailprotector Console at emailservice.io
- Go to the domain you wish to manage
- Select the "Users" tab at the top of the page
- Click the "Manage Exchange" button
This will automatically log you into the Exchange Panel, and display the Mailbox Management screen:
Click on the Display Name for the user whose password you wish to reset. The mailbox Settings tab will be presented. Click the "General" tab to modify the password. Type in a new password, then click the "Set Password" button:
The new password will take effect in just a few minutes. During the busiest hours of the workweek, this change can take up to 20 minutes. You can test it by attempting to log into OWA using the email address and password.
