Cloudmail

 

Incoming Server (IMAP/POP3):

POP3 Server:  pop.cloudmail.email
IMAP Server:   imap.cloudmail.email

IMAP  -  Encryption: SSL (required)  Default secure Port: 993
POP3  -  Encryption: SSL (required)  Default secure Port: 995

Outgoing Server (SMTP):

• smtp.cloudmail.email  -  Encryption: TLS (optional)  Port: 587

Webmail access:  https://cloudmail.mailprotector.com

  

Exchange+ 2013 and 2016

Note:  The configuration difference between the two platforms is the server name:

2013 - exchange.mailprotector.com
2016 - exchange.emailservice.io

Using Autodiscover:

Username: your full email address
Password: your email password - set from your Mailprotector admin console.

2013 - For iOS & Android devices, the server is:  exchange.mailprotector.com
2016
- For iOS & Android devices, the server is:  exchange.emailservice.io

 

POP / IMAP Settings:

  

For Exchange+ 2013

POP3 Server:  exchange.mailprotector.com / SSL required / Port 995
IMAP Server:  
exchange.mailprotector.com / SSL required / Port 993

Outgoing Server: exchange.mailprotector.com / TLS /  Port: 587

For Exchange+ 2016

POP3 Server:  exchange.emailservice.io / SSL required / Port 995
IMAP Server:  
exchange.emailservice.io / SSL required / Port 993

Outgoing Server: exchange.emailservice.io / TLS /  Port: 587

 

In outlook, navigate to More Settings / Outgoing Server.  Enable authentication using the same settings as the incoming server.  In the Advanced tab, sett the port numbers & encryption types.

Exchange OWA access:  https://exchange.mailprotector.com/owa/

XtraMail access:   https://xtramail.mailprotector.com 

CloudMail web access:  https://cloudmail.mailprotector.com
